Payment & Booking
Payment is due at the end of each lesson, unless otherwise arranged. Each lesson has a minimum booking duration of 1 hour.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that all cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee, at the discretion of the instructor.

Lesson Timing
Lessons will begin and end at their scheduled time. Due to our full schedule, time away from the pool is not guaranteed to be made up.

Parental/Guardian Presence
For swimmers under 12 years old, a parent or guardian must be present in the pool area.

Weather & Pool Conditions
Lessons may be postponed due to unsafe weather (such as lightning, heavy rain) or unsuitable pool conditions (such as poor visibility, poor chemistry). In these cases, lessons will be rescheduled at no charge.

Photography & Media Use
From time to time, Backyard Aquatics may take photos or short videos during lessons for marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.). We will always request verbal consent beforehand, and names will never be published without written permission. ​
