Each of our lessons are 30 minutes long. We find that this is a ideal length due to how long a swimmer can focus for at a time.
Our older swimmers looking to see quicker progress choose book or 1 hour lessons, (two back-to-back lessons).
We offer lessons for swimmers of all ages - yes, that includes adults too!
All you need is a bathing suit and a towel. Many students also prefer googles, and swim caps, which can increase their comfort in the water.
No problem - we understand things come up. You can reschedule with no fee as long as you give us 24 hours of notice. In the event of poor weather, we’ll work with you to rebook.
If it's only rain, we can still teach the lesson. Believe it or not, many people love to swim in the rain!
Yes! All of our lessons are done in the comfort of your own pool. We bring the experience to you!
Scheduling 1 time a week for lessons is a great start. Students will have time to practice and learn each skill on a consistent basis. If you are looking to see faster progress, then 2-3 times a week is the best option for you.
At the moment we do not teach at public pools due to scheduling issues. Even if you don't have a pool, maybe you have a friend that does who is willing to help you out!

All lessons are taught by instructors with their National Lifeguard, and Standard First Aid certifications. All instructors have at least 2 years of teaching experience. In addition we provide extensive training to all of our new hires to ensure top level instruction. Finally, all instructors undergo background checks to ensure they are fit to teach.
Prior to your first lesson, you will receive a call from your instructor. They will introduce themselves, and answer any questions you have about the upcoming lesson.
Pool size varies depending on the swimmer. Generally, smaller swimmers need less space, while bigger swimmers need more. Most beginners require a pool that's at least 6 metres long. More advanced may require a pool longer than 9 metres.
Some skills in our program require access to a deep end. If your pool is shallow throughout, we’ll do our best to adjust the lesson accordingly. These deep-water skills are not mandatory to pass a level when a deep end isn’t available.
